Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.

Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to internal verification and approval.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

Elixer Plus reserves the right to reject cancellation requests for orders already processed.


Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers must refer to the Refund & Return Policy for any eligible post-delivery claims.


Promotional / Discounted Orders

Orders placed during:

  • Sale events
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Bundle offers
  • Special discounts

may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in:

  • Restriction of COD access
  • Future prepaid-only checkout access
  • Permanent order limitations

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved prepaid order cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Payment gateway processing times may vary.

COD handling charges, payment processing fees, and platform charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
