At Elixer Plus, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Order processing may take longer during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Promotional campaigns / sale events
  • Public holidays
  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch.


2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
Remote / Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–15 business days

These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions
  • Local operational delays
  • Peak demand periods

Elixer Plus shall not be held liable for courier-related delays once the order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Applicable per order
  • Subject to change without prior notice

Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges, if applicable, are also non-refundable.


4. Order Verification & Confirmation

Elixer Plus reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch.

This may include:

  • Phone verification
  • Email confirmation
  • Address confirmation

Orders that fail verification may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled at our sole discretion.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Elixer Plus is not responsible for delivery failure caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Unavailability of recipient

Orders returned due to incorrect customer-provided information may require:

  • Additional re-shipping charges
  • Fresh dispatch processing time

No refund will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept order
  • Non-response to courier calls

The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

RTO orders are not eligible for free re-shipping.

Re-dispatch, if approved, may require:

  • Additional shipping charges
  • Advance prepaid payment

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is offered at selected pin codes only.

Elixer Plus reserves the right to disable COD for:

  • High-risk locations
  • Repeat non-acceptance customers
  • Suspicious order activity

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:

  • Permanent restriction of COD access
  • Cancellation of future orders without notice

8. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

Tracking updates depend entirely on courier partner systems.

Minor delays in tracking status updates do not indicate shipment issues.


9. Delayed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, Elixer Plus is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Local delivery partner issues
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.


10. Lost / Stolen / Marked Delivered Orders

If tracking shows an order as Delivered, Elixer Plus shall consider the order fulfilled.

Claims for missing packages marked delivered must be raised within 24 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Delivery issue description

Resolution will depend on courier investigation outcomes.

Refunds are not guaranteed for delivered-status disputes.


11. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged:

Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted.


12. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders refused after dispatch will be treated as delivery refusal and may attract future ordering restrictions.


13. Multiple Product Orders

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on stock availability.

Separate shipments do not qualify for partial refund requests.


14. Force Majeure

Elixer Plus shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
  • Government regulations
  • Courier network interruptions
