At Elixer Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, all refund, return, and replacement requests are subject to strict verification and approval conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Return / Refund / Replacement

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered with upon delivery
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our quality review team
  • Missing product/item from order

Requests raised for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product texture/fragrance, dissatisfaction due to expected results, delayed visible results, or personal preference will not be approved.


2. Request Window

All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will be automatically rejected without review.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirements

To process any request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full unboxing video recorded from sealed package opening
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of outer shipping packaging
  • Product batch number clearly visible
  • Detailed description of issue

Failure to provide complete proof may result in immediate rejection of the request.

Claims made without an uninterrupted unboxing video will not be considered for transit damage, missing item, or tampered package claims.


4. Approval Process

All applications undergo internal review by the Elixer Plus quality assurance team.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Elixer Plus reserves the sole right to:

  • Approve or reject any request
  • Request additional proof
  • Offer replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion

Our decision after review shall be final.


5. Return Address & Dispatch Timeline

If a request is approved:

  • The official return address will be shared via email
  • Customer must dispatch the approved return within 48 hours of receiving return approval

Failure to dispatch within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation and rejection of the approved application.

Return shipment proof / tracking details must be shared immediately after dispatch.


6. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a fixed 25% restocking and processing fee, calculated on the total order value.

This fee covers:

  • Product inspection
  • Quality verification
  • Handling & processing charges
  • Packaging disposal / sanitation procedures

The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refundable amount.


7. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the error was caused solely by Elixer Plus (verified wrong item dispatch).

Original shipping fees, COD charges, platform charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.


8. Product Condition for Return

Returned products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused / minimally disturbed (unless defect verification requires inspection)
  • Returned with all labels intact

Products showing signs of misuse, excessive use, tampering, or alteration will be rejected.


9. Results Disclaimer

Elixer Plus products are made using natural wellness ingredients.

Results may vary depending on:

  • Individual skin type
  • Skin sensitivity
  • Consistency of application
  • Existing skin conditions
  • Lifestyle and environmental factors

No refunds will be approved based solely on personal expectations regarding speed or extent of visible results.


10. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Opened / used products
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Product dissatisfaction after use
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Orders placed during promotional, discounted, bundle, or sale periods
  • Incorrect shipping details entered by customer
  • Refused deliveries / failed COD acceptance

11. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after:

  • Returned product is received
  • Product passes inspection
  • Deduction of applicable restocking fee

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.


12. Abuse Prevention

Elixer Plus reserves the right to reject future claims and restrict ordering access for customers found to misuse, repeatedly exploit, or attempt fraudulent claims against the refund and return process.
